India-based mobile marketing firm Affle Group announced that its subsidiary – Affle International – has acquired Shoffr, a Singapore-based online-to-offline (O2O) platform.

Affle claims that the acquisition will strengthen its consumer and enterprise platforms, allowing brands to transparently attribute the impact of digital advertising on in-store footfalls and transactions.

Shoffr helps retailers convert online consumer engagement into in-store walk-ins.
